On March 16, 2023, the Reimbursement Commission of the Social Security Institution (SSI) released an updated version of the Healthcare Implementation Communique (SUT). The main change relates to the increase in reimbursement fees of services and medical devices. Furthermore, eight new cardiovascular procedure codes were introduced.

On June 06, 2022, the Reimbursement Commission of the Social Security Institution (SSI) released an updated version of the Healthcare Implementation Communique (SUT). The main changes relate to the increase in reimbursement fees of genetic tests by approximately 10%. Also, 138 new IVD tests have been added to the SUT.

On February 08, 2022, the Reimbursement Commission of the Social Security Institution released an updated version of the Healthcare Implementation Communique. The main changes relate to the increase in reimbursement fees of services and medical devices by approximately 35-75%.

On 9 May 2020, the Reimbursement Commission made changes to the SUT regarding response to the COVID-19 pandemic and introduced codes for IVD tests for Covid-19 (SARS-CoV-2) reverse transcriptase PCR and detection of Covid-19 antigen, IgG, IgM.

On 10 April 2020, the Reimbursement Commission made changes to the SUT regarding response to the COVID-19 pandemic and introduced procedure codes regarding pandemic care service (including pandemic care service for ICU care and immune plasma supply and application).

In March-April, MTRC introduced a number of changes in the educational seminars on reimbursement systems in the Czech Republic and England and released additional modules about reimbursement of in-vitro diagnostic tests in Russia and Turkey.

On March 3, 2020, the Reimbursement Commission made major updates to the SUT. The main changes relate to the increase in reimbursement fees of procedures (reimbursement fees increased depending on the type from 10% to 30%).

In January 2020, the Reimbursement Commission made changes to the Healthcare Implementation Communique in Turkey. The main changes relate to the addition of new laboratory test codes, procedure codes, new devices related to the ophthalmology, and price changing of materials related to interventional radiology.

After a long time since the introduction of Healthcare Implementation Communique (SUT) for the first time (2007), the Reimbursement Commission made important changes to the SUT. The main changes relate to higher reimbursement fees for medical devices (reimbursement fees increased depending on the category from 5% to 100%).
